Various programs providing social security of the employees within the framework of the collective agreement signed with the employer are realized in the team of the Research Institute – Branch of Goznak.
The employees of the Research Institute are guaranteed with voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance, provision of a set of social guarantees, privileges and compensations.
Since 2003 Goznak has been realizing the program of non-state retirement insurance. Among others 36 former employees of the Research Institute receive non-state pensions today.
Workers of the Research Institute have meals at the inexpensive canteen of the Moscow Printing Factory of Goznak. According to the agreement of voluntary medical insurance, all workers of the Institute are served at the Medical and Sanitary Station of the Moscow Printing Factory of Goznak and other medical organizations of Moscow.
The collective agreement guarantees decent salary level and bonus payments for conscientious and high-producing work to the employees of the Research Institute.
Children of the Institute employees have an opportunity to spend their holidays at “Rodina” recreation camp of the Moscow Printing Factory.
A program of sports infrastructure development and encouraging the employees and their family members to go in for sports and physical training. The employees of the Research Institute take an active part in travelling and excursions, recreation and sports events, they have an opportunity to go to the swimming pool.
